At WinWinLabs, we run gamified product development competitions where startup teams bring a product to market. These teams are made up of professionals from various fields who unite around a mission to solve a problem. They go through an intensive five-week sprint cycle, including researching, ideating, product designing and developing, iterating, and finally presenting their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and pitch decks to industry judges, company recruiters, and hiring managers.

Your Role as a Volunteer Full Stack Developer:

We're specifically seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to provide invaluable assistance in the following key areas:

• End-to-End Development: Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of both front-end (user interface, user experience) and back-end (server, application logic) components for our web platforms and tools.

• Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient querying to support various application functionalities.

• API Integration & Development: Assist in integrating third-party APIs and, if needed, develop internal APIs to facilitate communication between different services and components of our systems.

• Deployment & Maintenance: Support the deployment process of web applications, including configuration and ongoing maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Implement optimizations to improve application speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
