Volunteer WordPress/WooCommerce Builder Needed (No Payment Setup Required)

Description:

FFGOIL (501(c)(3) nonprofit) is launching a small online store to support our programs through branded merchandise and fundraising items. We are seeking a volunteer with WordPress + WooCommerce experience to help set up the storefront structure only.

Important: FFGOIL will handle all payment processing and financial setup. No access to bank accounts, Stripe, or PayPal is required.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure WooCommerce on a staging site
• Create shop pages and product templates
• Upload initial products (stickers, journals, notebooks)
• Configure shipping options (no live payments)
• Test checkout using WooCommerce sandbox mode
• Provide brief documentation for handoff

Skills Needed:

• WordPress
• WooCommerce
• Basic understanding of ecommerce UX
• Ability to follow security and access guidelines

Time Commitment:

10–15 hours over 2–3 weeks (flexible)

Security Note:

Volunteer will receive role-based WordPress access and work in a staging environment. FFGOIL retains control of hosting, domain, and all payment processing.
