Phase 1: The 30-Day Performance Trial

Your Goal: Start streaming. Host events. Build the hype.

Compensation:10% Commission on every dollar you raise during your streams.

Example: Raise $2,000 in your first month = You keep $200 instantly.

Note: There is no Base Salary in Phase 1. This is your chance to prove your value.

Phase 2: The Core Team (Permanent Role)

How to Graduate: Successfully drive growth and engagement during your trial.

New Compensation: You unlock the Base Retainer ($100 – $500 USD / Month) + Continued 10% Commission + Growth Bonuses.

Perks: Official branding, paid software tools, and a long-term contract.

Your Mission: 10x Our Reach & Revenue

You are responsible for the “Top of Funnel.” If you stop streaming, we stop growing.

Host the “Daily Show”: Consistency is king. You will host live content daily on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Execute Fundraising Drives: You aren’t just entertaining; you are selling the vision. You will run monthly “Live Telethons” where you actively pitch our donation goals and hype up the progress bar.

Grow the Community: Drive viewers from the stream into our Discord/Slack. Your goal is to increase active membership.

Create Viral Clips: When you aren’t live, you are editing the best stream moments into Reels/TikToks to keep the momentum going 24/7.

Requirements (Must Haves)

Since this is a livestream role, the technical bar is high.

Professional Setup: You need a good camera, microphone, and lighting. Your video quality reflects our brand.

Reliable Internet: High-speed, stable connection capable of streaming without lag.

On-Camera Charisma: You have “Host Energy.” You can keep talking, keep it interesting, and manage a chat room simultaneously.

Tech-Fluency: You can talk about Open Source, Coding, and AI.
