Caregiver Relief - All Gateway Hospice Service Areas

Being a caregiver to someone at the end of life can be physically and emotionally draining. It’s important for caregivers to take time for themselves; to get out of the house, run errands, take a walk, or a nap. Gateway Hospice Volunteers offer relief to caregivers by sitting with the patient, providing light household chores, or simple meal preparation.

Gateway Hospice serves patients and families throughout the Western Pennsylvania Region, including Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, Westmoreland, and Washington Counties.

We provide training and ongoing education to prepare and support you to serve vulnerable end-of-life patients and their families.
