Join us for a day of service at The Welman Project in their NEW location!
The Welman Project is a local nonprofit on a mission to fill a classroom, not a landfill! Through creative repurposing of surplus business waste, we give teachers the tools and support they need to provide vital hands-on learning opportunities to every student. Our programs include: - A teacher warehouse full of unlimited FREE materials and curriculum-enhancing creative reuse ideas - A creative reuse shop for makers and families to get affordable arts and craft supplies and support local reuse artists - A makerspace with tools and workshops that empower everyone to explore their creativity.

Time: 9:30am to 11:30am
Location: The Welman Project – 2109 S. Main St., Fort Worth, TX 76110.
Volunteer Duties: Volunteers will help process donations, prep classroom kits and keep the area organized so teachers can access the free supplies they need.
Parking: Parking is available on the north side of the building near the main entrance with extra parking available on the south side of the building.
