Our office volunteers are the heart of 5Cities Homeless Coalition’s day-to-day work. From greeting visitors with a warm smile, to assembling hygiene kits, answering phones, organizing supplies, and lending a hand with projects, they make our programs run smoothly. By offering their time and talents in the office, volunteers help us stay focused on what matters most — supporting individuals and families on their path to housing stability.
This is a great role for anyone who enjoys a welcoming team environment, light administrative tasks, and being part of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our services strong.

Location: 5Cities Homeless Coalition Office
100 S 4th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433
Parking: Free parking is available in the lot next to our building and along 4th Street.
Arrival: Please check in at the front desk when you arrive. Look for Alistair Chong, Events & Volunteer Coordinator, who will greet you, provide a quick orientation, and help you get started.
What to Bring: A positive attitude! We’ll provide all necessary supplies and instructions.
Schedule: Office volunteer shifts are generally scheduled in advance. If you are signed up, please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get started on time.
