ABOUT iPUB
iPub is a dynamic, women-run publishing company committed to publishing stories that challenge perspectives, inspire dialogue and change the world. We work with authors across genres and backgrounds to amplify meaningful voices and create impactful content for global audiences. (3 -5 hours per week)
TYPICAL EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Help brainstorm creative campaign ideas and engagement strategies
- Draft captions and assist with graphic creation
- Support promotional efforts for books, authors and company initiatives
- Monitor engagement and community interactions
- Assist with monthly analytics tracking and reporting to help evaluate social media performance and growth
- Participate in collaborative planning meetings and creative discussions (not required, but great for additional experience!)
TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE SEEKING
- Some experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, reliable and detail-oriented
- Interest in publishing, storytelling, marketing or nonprofit work
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
- Interest in learning more about analytics, reporting and audience engagement strategies
