Are you passionate about empowering women and supporting their personal and professional growth? Women Empowering Women Inc. (W.E.W. Inc.) is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Program Director to serve the Kansas City region for an initial six-month volunteer term.

The Role

As the Volunteer Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in advancing our mission by coordinating and overseeing volunteer programs and initiatives. This position works closely with organizational leadership to ensure volunteers are supported, engaged, and aligned with W.E.W. Inc.’s goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers
• Coordinating volunteer training and engagement
• Assisting with program planning, development, and evaluation
• Providing leadership and guidance to volunteer teams
• Collaborating with staff and board members to support organizational initiatives

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for empowering women and community impact
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience in volunteer management, program coordination, or leadership is preferred but not required
