2025 Global Peace Film Festival

2025 will be our film festival's 23rd year and we're showcasing some of the best films relating to global issues, and using the power of the moving image to further the cause of peace on Earth. The festival will be partially hybrid, with an in-person week, Sept. 16 - 21, followed by our popular online "Free for All Shorts" program that will run from Sept. 22 - 28. We are initiating an adjunct festival - UrbanFest 360º - over the weekend of Sept. 20-21.

We look for a select number of volunteers locally to help with a variety of tasks including: distributing promotional materials to local businesses, ushering during the festival, driving film makers and talent during the festival, etc. Volunteers can also help virtually by spreading the word about the festival, the Orlando-based event as well as the online Free for All shorts program.

We'll need help before the film festival week too, and have dates all throughout September 2025 available.

We're in Central Florida, including Rollins College, the Winter Park Library, downtown Orlando, Enzian Theater, City Arts, and more.
