Volunteer Recruitment Speech for SoFi Stadium Events – 2026

Good afternoon, everyone.

As we move into an exciting season at SoFi Stadium, I’m reaching out to those of you who are ready to step forward, show up, and be part of something unforgettable. We have a powerful lineup of NFL Game Events and world‑class concerts coming this fall, and we need dedicated volunteers who are committed to excellence, teamwork, and reliability.

This year, SoFi Stadium will host some of the biggest performances in the country. We’re gearing up for:

• The R&B Tour featuring Usher & Chris Brown – September 25–26 and November 15–16, 2026
• Bruno Mars: The Romantic Tour with Anderson .Paak & RAYE – September 30, October 2, 3, 6, and 7, 2026

These events draw massive crowds, and they rely on volunteers who bring professionalism, energy, and pride to the stadium experience. To make these events successful, we need at least 14 to 20 volunteers for each date. Your presence matters. Your commitment matters. And your reliability ensures that our team continues to be invited back for future opportunities.

To participate, all volunteers must have three items on file with SoFi Stadium:

• A current signed SoFi Stadium Waiver
• A Food Handler Certificate
• An Alcohol Beverage Certificate

If you don’t have these documents yet, don’t worry — I can help you get fully qualified within one day. My goal is to make sure every willing volunteer has a clear path to participation.

But I want to emphasize something important: Once you are qualified and officially invited to attend these events, please do not cancel. When you accept a spot, the stadium counts on you. Canceling at the last minute can result in losing future opportunities to volunteer at SoFi Stadium. We want you to succeed, and we want you to continue being part of these incredible experiences; epeciallay attending the Super Bowl and the upcoming Olympics 28.

When you sign up, sign up with intention. Show up on time. Arrive prepared. Be ready to receive your credentials and parking passes. Every event is a chance to represent Adorable Babies Jump Start Corporation with pride — and to enjoy unforgettable performances while serving your community.
