Help Us Process New Volunteers

Potential volunteers contact Village Without Walls about volunteering in several ways:

• Respond to an Idealist opportunity
• Submit a volunteer application through the VWW website
• Use the Contact form on the VWW website
• Leave a voice mail or send an email to the Village office

We need someone to follow up with potential volunteers and guide them through the process to become an official Village Volunteer. This involves making the initial contact by email or phone, making sure the volunteer application materials are completed and requesting the background check (required for all volunteers. The skills needed are:

• Friendliness
• Organizational skills
• Basic computer skills

Our Village is totally volunteer-run. We depend on our Volunteer team to find people who understand our mission and enjoy working with seniors who are making a difference in the life of their community. Please join us!
