Pharmacy Outreach Ambassador

Help us celebrate and welcome independent pharmacies across the country! As a Pharmacy Outreach Ambassador, you'll be the first to know when independent pharmacies open their doors or expand their businesses—and the first to extend a warm welcome on behalf of the NCPA Foundation.

What You'll Do:

• Review Google Alerts for pharmacy openings and closings (typically 5 hours per month)
• Research and identify whether pharmacies are independently owned
• Update our database with new pharmacy information
• Handwrite personalized welcome and celebration cards for new and expanding independent pharmacies
• Send cards to pharmacy owners, helping them feel connected to the independent pharmacy family from day one

What We Provide:

• All cards, envelopes, stamps, and mailing supplies
• Database access and simple training
• The satisfaction of being the Foundation's first point of contact with new independent pharmacy owners

Ideal For: Someone detail-oriented with legible handwriting who enjoys research, loves celebrating small businesses, and wants to make independent pharmacy owners feel valued and supported during important milestones.

Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per month, flexible scheduling
