Human Resources Executive

The HR Executive Volunteer helps grow and strengthen the Cars of Hope volunteer team while increasing awareness of the organization's unique mission throughout the Chicagoland area. This role focuses on recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified volunteers who are passionate about helping families in need through the refurbishment and gifting of donated vehicles.

Responsibilities include establishing clear volunteer expectations, developing customer interaction and service guidelines, supporting volunteer training and engagement initiatives, and conducting periodic volunteer satisfaction and performance assessments. The HR Executive Volunteer works collaboratively with the leadership team to foster a positive, mission-driven culture that attracts, retains, and develops dedicated volunteers.
