Aviary Cleaning Assistant

Are you an animal lover with a passion for helping birds? Bobber's Pigeon Sanctuary, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit dedicated to the rescue and care of domestic pigeons, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with aviary cleaning twice per month.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a full clean of the aviary (approx. 4 hours per session)
• Remove droppings, replace bedding, clean perches and feeding areas
• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and low-stress environment for the birds
• Handle basic tools and cleaning supplies safely and responsibly

Requirements:

• Comfort working around pigeons and being inside an aviary
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for several hours
• Dependable and punctual
• Experience with birds or animal care a plus, but not required
