Sponsorship Strategist - Professional Volunteer

Job Overview:

The SpreadYourHeart Organization (SYH) is seeking a high-caliber Professional Volunteer to act as a Sponsorship Strategist to serve as the architect of our corporate partnership division. As a core leader within our infrastructure, you will oversee a team of Sponsorship Coordinators to identify, secure, and nurture high-value brand partnerships. This is a strategic portfolio-building role designed for an experienced sales leader, account executive, or development professional who wants to apply their expertise to a circular economy model that humanizes the homeless and restores environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the lead generation workflow, utilizing CRM tools to feed high-probability leads to the Coordinator team.
• Act as a success coach for Sponsorship Coordinators, assisting with pitch refinement, closing strategies, and warm hand-offs for high-value deals.
• Serve as the primary bridge between the Sponsorship team and SYH Leadership, ensuring all brand partnerships align with our governance standards and pillars.
• Oversee the organization’s sponsorship deck and MOU library, ensuring all collateral is professional, current, and data-driven.
• Ensure clear territory management among Coordinators to prevent overlap and maintain a high standard of professional ethics in the field.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Corporate Development, or Account Management.
• Proficient in generating leads using navigator tools and Boolean search strings.
• Proven ability to motivate performance-based teams without micromanaging.
• Masterful storytelling ability—capable of translating our legacy data into a compelling corporate social ROI.
