Make a meaningful impact from home. Care Team Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers to make brief weekly “tuck-in” phone calls to patients and caregivers—checking in before the weekend to ensure their needs are met and offering reassurance.
What You’ll Do:
- Make short, scheduled weekly calls
- Check on comfort, supplies, and concerns
- Report any needs to the care team
Time Commitment: 1/2 hour per week
Location: Remote
No experience needed—just kindness and a listening ear.
