Legal Counsel

WSPEC, a global non-profit, is accelerating the realization of a space elevator through targeted STEAM competitions. We are seeking a skilled legal professional to provide Pro Bono Counsel on a volunteer basis. Your expertise will be critical in navigating the legal landscape, protecting our organization, and enabling us to build partnerships that advance our mission.

What You'll Do:

• Advise on legal matters related to non-profit governance and compliance.
• Review, draft, and advise on legal contracts.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property and other relevant legal areas.
• Assist team in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience in non-profit law, corporate law, or intellectual property.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• A genuine passion for space exploration, technology, and STEAM education
