ReadyWork$ Job Readiness Training Program: Mock Interview Assistance

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to support our ReadyWork$ Job Readiness training program by serving as Mock Interviewers on February 5th and February 12th, from 10am - 11:30am PT.

Volunteers will conduct structured mock interviews with participants and provide professional, constructive feedback to help them prepare for real employer interviews.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct brief one‑on‑one mock interviews
• Offer clear and supportive feedback on communication, professionalism, and interview skills
• Encourage participant confidence and readiness for the workforce
