About Creshendo
Creshendo is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering displaced populations through psycho-social support, resilience-building, and cultural preservation. Our research agenda is focused on identifying and addressing the unique challenges faced by refugees, ensuring their voices are heard, and fostering inclusive, resilient communities.
As we expand our research department, we are seeking a Research Assistant to support the development of long-form research papers on refugee issues for publication. This role will work closely with our Data Analyst to conduct research, gather sources, and assist in structuring key findings for reports and academic publications.
Role Overview
The Research Assistant will play a key role in supporting the research department by assisting in data collection, literature reviews, stakeholder engagement, and research planning. This position is ideal for someone with a background in research, social sciences, public policy, or a related field who is passionate about refugee issues and wants to contribute to evidence-based solutions.
The role will involve collaborating on Creshendo’s Research Agenda, assisting in writing and structuring long papers, and helping to build a comprehensive research framework that contributes to refugee protection, integration strategies, and advocacy efforts.
