We ask that you commit to meeting 1/week for at least 1 hour. There is also a training that all volunteers complete (12 hours). (NOTE: If you have previous classroom/teaching experience, this number may be decreased with proof of certification.)

ALIVE Literacy is seeking volunteer tutors who are interested in working with adult learners ages 17+ who are in need of basic-level math or financial literacy assistance. The opportunities include 1:1 tutoring and small groups. Days and times are flexible and will ultimately be up to you and the student(s) you are paired with.
