Descrição

Since 2022, Global Care Force has deployed recurring mobile medical teams to communities across southern Ukraine where conflict has disrupted access to essential healthcare services.

Unlike many humanitarian organizations that make a single visit, our teams return to the same communities month after month, building trusted relationships with patients and local healthcare providers while delivering consistent, compassionate care.

We are currently recruiting healthcare professionals and non-medical volunteers for upcoming deployments.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and support to patients affected by humanitarian crises.
Serve as part of a multidisciplinary international volunteer team.
Deliver primary medical care, mental health, logistical, or operational support based on your role.
Adapt to changing field conditions while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
Participate in required pre-deployment orientation and follow Global Care Force policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Passion for serving communities with limited access to healthcare.
Relevant professional licensure or experience for your volunteer role (medical positions only).
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-cultural environments.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Ability to participate in an international deployment of approximately two weeks.

Global Care Force welcomes volunteers from around the world. International volunteers travel to Moldova, where a Global Care Force team member meets the group before traveling together into southern Ukraine and joining our team in Mykolaiv. Clinic locations vary by deployment based on humanitarian need and security conditions. Detailed travel and deployment logistics are provided during onboarding.
