• Has experience planning or supporting community events
• Can assist with logistics, timelines, and run-of-show planning
• Is comfortable coordinating vendors, facilitators, and volunteers
• Helps ensure smooth setup, flow, and breakdown of events
• Can support both in-person and virtual events
• Is proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented
