Victory Afghanistan is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers free, high-quality online education to over 800 Afghan girls and young women who have been banned from schools and universities since 2021.
We’re now seeking a volunteer Scholarship Manager to lead the development of our Offline Scholarship Programme, a brand new initiative focused on securing international scholarships for eligible students who want to leave Afghanistan to pursue their bachelor’s or master’s degree abroad.
About the Role
This is a remote volunteer position for someone who can offer 6 hours per week between July and November 2025 (Semester 5). You’ll be setting up the entire offline scholarship system from scratch – building strategy, guiding a team, and developing partnerships with universities and scholarship providers. You will lead a small international team, including 5–6 Afghan project coordinators, and work closely with our Education Team.
We’ve already had one successful scholarship student gain admission to a university in Bangladesh. Now we want to build a dedicated system to help more girls follow that path.
