Through workshops, cohorts, and events, we create safe and supportive spaces where women grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Role Overview

TSW Network is forming a Development Committee to help strengthen the organization’s fundraising strategy, donor relationships, and long-term financial sustainability. Committee members serve as strategic partners to leadership, contributing expertise, connections, and fundraising insight to support organizational growth.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about nonprofit impact and want to help shape the future of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising strategy and development planning
• Identify and introduce potential donors, sponsors, or partners
• Participate in brainstorming fundraising initiatives
• Assist with campaign planning and outreach
• Provide strategic guidance on donor engagement
• Support grant and sponsorship efforts when possible
• Advocate for TSW Network within professional circles
• Attend quarterly virtual committee meetings

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in nonprofit fundraising or development
• Strong professional network or relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset
• Passion for women’s empowerment and community impact
• Comfortable serving in an advisory capacity
• Prior board or committee experience is a plus (not required)
