Digital Literacy Teacher at TechElevate

Help bridge the digital divide by empowering seniors with the technology skills and knowledge they need to navigate today's digital world safely and confidently. Volunteers will receive full training on TechElevate's curriculum prior to leading sessions — with training hours counted toward your total volunteer hours. Responsibilities include:

• Leading a 9-week tech literacy program at a local senior center
• Teaching essential technology skills tailored to the needs of older adults
• Educating participants on how to identify and avoid digital scams
• Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all attendees

Beyond the direct impact on participants, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop meaningful leadership experience, make technology more accessible and safer for a vulnerable population, and build genuine intergenerational connections along the way.
