About the Women’s Empowerment Series

The Women’s Empowerment Series (TWES) is a powerful collection of transformational programs & engagements created by women for women and girls. We help girls, college students, and women build confidence, embrace their stories, and unapologetically reach their full potential.

Through immersive workshops, coaching, and experiences rooted in personal growth and collective sisterhood, we create safe, affirming spaces where women and girls can thrive.

Your Role

As a commission-only Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for connecting new audiences to our programs. This fully remote, flexible role is ideal for a self-starter who deeply believes in our mission and knows how to drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a strong understanding of TWES programs and be able to explain the benefits and value of our programs.
• Leverage your network of parents in Montco, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties to promote and sell TWES programs.
• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outreach, networking, and relationship-building. Targeted clients include individuals, schools, organizations, and institutions.
• Conduct discovery calls and create presentations to communicate program benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of sales tools.
• Close sales and meet monthly performance goals.
• Maintain follow-ups and build lasting client relationships.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers of our programs.
• Gather feedback to help improve the services of TWES.
• Research, identify, and engage potential corporate and individual donors.
• Represent our mission with passion and professionalism.

• Sales or fundraising experience and purpose-alignment matters to us.
• Comfortable using email and social media for outreach.
