About Cavikas:

Cavikas is a nonprofit bringing joy, healing, and human connection through Argentine Tango. We offer programs for seniors, survivors, and diverse communities who benefit from movement and social connection.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations & Programs Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities and help expand our programs. This is a founding role, working closely with the founder to shape the future of Cavikas.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily nonprofit operations and communications
• Support scheduling, volunteers, and class logistics
• Help design and implement new programs
• Track impact and share feedback for program improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a startup-style nonprofit
• Passion for community impact and the arts
• Prior nonprofit or project coordination experience a plus

Commitment: Part-time, flexible hours. Remote with some local coordination in Chino Hills, CA.
