Descrição

Duty Officers are the backbone of our disaster response serving as the dispatchers for the Red Cross Disaster Action Team. They are the steady support and command presence that guides and backs up our Disaster Action Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and assess disaster calls 24/7
Dispatch and support Disaster Action Team (DAT)
Provide real-time guidance and resources to responders in the field
Ensure accurate documentation and communication of events
Coordinate with partners and leadership for larger incidents
