• Pipeline Development: Searching for and vetting grant opportunities (foundations, government, corporate) to ensure they align with the organization's specific mission.
• Proposal Drafting: Collaborating with program staff to turn project ideas into compelling narrative and budget documents.
• Donor Stewardship: Drafting thank-you letters, impact reports, or outreach emails for potential partners.
• Data Management: Helping maintain or clean up the organization's donor database (CRM) or tracking spreadsheets to ensure no deadlines are missed.
