Community Engagement Volunteer

Health Imperatives is seeking a Community Engagement volunteer/intern to assist with projects related to community outreach, prevention, and tabling events. This volunteer will be tasked with the following projects:

• Attending community events showcasing program services
• Identifying community resources and disturbing flyers and information
• Engage with community members including youth to deliver prevention activities

Volunteers should:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have access to a car or public transportation to get to and from our agency
• Be available, at minimum, 2-4 days per month including nights and weekends
• Bilingual is a plus

Opportunities available in:

• Quincy area
• Brockton area
• Plymouth area
• New Bedford and South Coast
• Cape Cod
• Martha’s Vineyard & Nantucket
