Behind-the-Scenes Hero (Donation Center Organizer)

Like organizing and creating order? Help sort donations, tidy up our free shopping center, and make sure families can easily find what they need.

In this role, you'll organize donated clothes, shoes, and household items, keep the shopping space welcoming, and occasionally help families as they browse for essentials. Families in our program shop here for free to get what they need for daily life, job interviews, school, and more. Your behind-the-scenes work makes their experience smooth and dignified.

What makes someone great in this role:

• Enjoys organizing and creating systems that work
• Comfortable with light physical work (lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, sorting)
• Can work independently, but also answer occasional questions from families
