Fundraising Chair (Board Member)
Location: Remote (NYC-based preferred)
Commitment: 5–10 hours per month
About the Opportunity
ClearPathNYC is seeking a Fundraising Chair to lead our fundraising strategy and help secure the support we need to grow. As a board member, you’ll drive donor engagement, grant applications, and campaign efforts to fuel our impact.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing who wants to help reimagine how young people access essential resources in New York City.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding partners.
- Research and write grant proposals to secure institutional support.
- Lead digital fundraising efforts across email, social media, and web platforms.
- Plan and support fundraising events and community giving campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, development, grant writing, or donor relations.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for social impact.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, volunteers, and fellow board members.
