Make Compassionate Phone Calls - Virtual, in Indiana

Do you have a warm voice and a caring heart? Compassus Hospice is seeking volunteers in Northern Indiana who can make friendly, supportive phone calls to patients and families in the Kokomo area and in the following counties:

• Howard
• Tipton
• Miami
• Cass
• Carroll
• Clinton

This role is virtual, but volunteers must be local to Northern Indiana so they can stay connected to the community and participate in orientation.

Volunteers provide:

• Friendly check-in calls ("tuck-in" calls) to ensure patients and families have what they need for the week
• Companionship and conversation over the phone
• Comfort, reassurance, and a listening ear

Your time and compassion help patients and families feel supported and never alone.

All training/orientation is provided free of charge to the volunteer.
