Outreach Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity ReStore MontDelco

Join Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties as an Outreach Volunteer with the ReStore!

Habitat for Humanity ReStores are donation-based fundraising outlets that sell home furnishing and renovation materials at a discounted price. All proceeds stay in our organization and support our mission to build homes, community, and hope.

We're looking for a volunteer who is computer-savvy, outgoing, and enjoys talking with strangers to help our ReStore with outreach! Volunteers will call local organizations (such as furniture companies) to talk about partnership and donation options. These partnerships help our organization tremendously by opening new streams of donations to our ReStores, which support our mission and help us build and repair homes in Montgomery and Delaware counties.

Volunteers must be comfortable with cold calling, Microsoft Outlook and Calendar, and must be willing to learn our CRM.

Volunteers will join us in person at either our North Wales ReStore (1200 Welsh Rd., North Wales, PA 19454) or our affiliate office in King of Prussia PA. Volunteer hours are Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm, with schedule flexibility.

We are a registered 501(c)(3), so donations are tax-deductible, and we pick up most large commercial donations free of charge! We encourage you to drop off your donations during posted donation hours. ReStores are open to the public and supported by our local communities through shopping, donating, and volunteering. Every purchase, every donation, and every hour volunteered supports our mission of bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope in Montgomery and Delaware counties.
