Compassionate & Friendly Volunteer Needed

Hackensack Meridian Hospice provides a special type of healthcare to those suffering from a life-limiting illnesses. Volunteers, at least 18 years old, are urgently needed to provide friendly, compassionate visits. Families are in need of someone who can stay with their loved one while they go to their appointments and get a well-needed break. You can help someone simply by playing music, reading, reminiscing, or holding a hand!

Hackensack Meridian Hospice serves patients wherever they call home. The commitment is about 3-4 hours a month within a manageable commute. Volunteers are provided a thorough orientation free of charge. Contact Hospice.Volunteer@HMHN.org for more information.
