Descrição
The finance and fundraising team's main objective is to ensure sufficient liquidity to pay our bills, through organising fundraisers. Its main objectives include:
- Daily accounting of incoming and outgoing cash flows
- Expense management and reimbursement
- executing payroll for our employees
- Coordinating the early budget process
- Auditing our financial figures yearly, together with our external accounts
