Volunteer with Future for KIDS in the East Valley!

Serve in Mesa and Tempe (85207, 85201, 85202, 85282, 85281, 85283)

Are you ready to make a real difference-just 2 hours a week? Join Discover Your Future, a mentor-driven afterschool program that empowers kids ages 8-12 through fun, connection, and consistent support.

What You’ll Do as a Mentor:

• Mentor a small group of kids once a week for 2 hours (Monday-Thursday programs)
• Be a consistent, caring adult role model
• Lead and engage students in provided activities focused on Academics, Athletics, and Ethics
• Facilitate engaging discussions on trust, respect, responsibility, and more
• Play games, coach sports, and support creative STEAM projects

As a volunteer mentor, you’ll:

• Build life-changing relationships with youth facing adversity

Requirements:

• Attend one in-person training
• Commit to one session/week for a school semester or full year
