Call Centre Volunteer - Chinese Radiothon

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) Foundation’s annual Chinese Radiothon has become a signature event within the Chinese community in Scarborough and beyond. Each year, the Chinese community comes together to support the critical healthcare services provided by SHN’s hospitals. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, this annual event has raised over $1.7 million for Scarborough hospitals - Birchmount, Centenary, and General. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us in the call centre.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone lines from donors (most of which are Chinese, so fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is strongly recommended)

Collect information and fill out donation forms

Commit to one of the two shifts available
