Virtual IT/User Management Assistant

To ensure consistency and impact, we ask that volunteers commit to 1 Year of service for adults and 6 months for students and/or under 18 years-old be able to dedicate 3-4 hours per week to this role.

This is a virtual opportunity, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your home.

Grace Helping Hands is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with data management tasks to support our mission of providing essential toiletry kits to homeless women and children.

IT and User Management Support

Volunteers can assist with essential data management tasks that help keep our organization running smoothly, such as:

• Creating and deleting user accounts for new and inactive volunteers
• Creating Excel documents for the organization
• Maintaining and updating current spreadsheets regarding kit distribution, active volunteers, and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with Executive Director and other volunteers to support Grace Helping Hands' mission

Additional Information Regarding This Opportunity:

• Nonprofit supervisors will initiate and host all virtual sessions. Sessions will not occur if the supervisor is unavailable.
• Virtual sessions will not be recorded.

This is a virtual opportunity. All communication will be via email & Microsoft apps, except on limited circumstances via GoogleMeet. We also ask our adult volunteers to be able to attend monthly meetings.
