Descrição
At Continuum Care Hospice and Affinity Health Management, we provide terminally ill patients and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Volunteers are an integral part of the patients interdisciplinary care team with an exceptional role. Volunteers contribute to the patient's overall quality of life by providing companionship, emotional support, and family relief and assistance.
Current opportunities include, but not limited to:
- Visiting in Assisted Living facilities in the NW area of DC
- Assistance with the internal support staff for Bereavement calls and mailings
- Visiting residents in their homes
