About the Role

As HHP monetizes de-identified health registries via a patient-opt-in revenue share, maintaining an ironclad legal and ethical posture is paramount. Supporting our highly experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will handle the administrative and governance safeguards necessary to protect our trust architecture across HIPAA, GDPR, and global data privacy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and audit internal logs for volunteer HIPAA/GDPR data privacy training completions.
• Administer Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure user opt-out data deletions are processed uniformly.
• Maintain policy documentation updates regarding data collection, user consent dashboards, and institutional guardrails.
• Assist leadership in preparing compliance validation materials required during B2B due diligence checks by corporate buyers.

Qualifications

• Training or experience as a healthcare paralegal, compliance specialist, or privacy analyst.
• Foundational knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and consumer privacy laws.
• Highly organized with strong technical documentation skills and an eye for regulatory audit requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive data paradigms with absolute confidentiality and discretion.

Commitment

Volunteer basis, 3–5 hours per week.
