Over the past years, a non-profit Executive has developed the Information Age Community Project which is the first comprehensive development plan for Minnesota. It fully integrates the rural-urban economies and supports equal access for virtual services and a lot more.
We have engaged about 30 volunteers- mostly with Master's degrees - working on various parts of this large Implementation Program. Seeking administrative support for research, efforts and team coordination.
