Life Changing Service: Become a Hospice Volunteer

Horizon Home Health and Hospice is committed to providing life changing services. As a Horizon hospice volunteer, there are a variety of opportunities to make a life changing difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Our volunteers provide compassionate care to patients and caregivers throughout our seven branch offices throughout the area. This is done by reading books, yard work, companion and support care, pet therapy, playing the piano, singing or anything that brings comfort and a smile to the face of a patient or family member. If you or your family are looking for an opportunity to volunteer, I would love to talk to you about becoming part of our care team! We have regular volunteer orientations so call for schedules and more information. Come and learn what it takes to be a hospice volunteer and how you can bless the lives of others.
