As a Volunteer Director of Volunteer Community Management for the Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention Consortium at CrowdDoing, you will be responsible for managing and developing the consortium's volunteer community, including coordinating the efforts of micro-leaders and ensuring that all volunteers are supported and engaged in our efforts. Your role will be to "cultivate" and "nurture" our volunteer community, serving as a "hub" for our micro-leaders and ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to be effective.

As a Volunteer Director of Volunteer Community Management for the Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention Consortium at CrowdDoing, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team and make a meaningful contribution to wildfire prevention efforts in California. This is a volunteer role that will require a commitment of at least 5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. You should have strong organizational and coordination skills and the ability to effectively manage and support a diverse volunteer community. Experience with volunteer management is preferred, but not required.
