- Administrative Assistant (Campaign Support)
Title: Volunteer Administrative Assistant – Literacy 4 Life Campaign
Description:
Hope For Tomorrow Community Development Center is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the planning and coordination of our Literacy 4 Life community literacy initiative. This role will help keep outreach efforts organized and ensure timely communication with partners and sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Manage email communications and follow-ups
- Maintain contact and outreach tracking spreadsheets
- Organize documents in Google Drive
- Schedule meetings and send reminders
- Assist with data entry and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- 3–5 hours per week availability
