We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer / Recruiter to help us find people who care — coders, creatives, marketers, and doers ready to build with us.

- Find talented people on LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.
- Write simple, friendly messages that get great people interested
- Do short intro calls to check for skills + mindset
- Keep things organized — track candidates and updates
- Help improve how we recruit — smarter, faster, better
