Commitment: Flexible, Part-time Volunteer (remote + in-person events in Las Vegas area)

About Us

Custom Wig World 4 Kids, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit restoring hope and confidence to children and families experiencing medical hair loss. Our BYG (Build Your Girl/Guy) Events allow kids to customize their own cranial prosthetics/medical wigs in a fun, empowering setting. Adult BYG parties serve as creative fundraisers that directly support our mission.

Role Overview

The BYG Event Coordinator (Volunteer) is responsible for building partnerships with salons, medical facilities, and private clients to host and coordinate BYG events. This role blends event planning, outreach, and sales, helping us expand our impact across the Las Vegas community.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Outreach: Present and promote the BYG partnership program to salons, medical offices, and event hosts.
• Event Coordination: Organize and oversee kids’ customization parties and adult fundraiser BYG events.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with salon owners, medical professionals, and businesses to support the mission.
• Volunteer Management: Recruit and coordinate event volunteers as needed.
• Mission Advocacy: Represent CWW4Kids with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in outreach and soft-selling partnership opportunities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Event planning, sales, or community outreach experience preferred (not required)
• Passion for helping children and families
