The Grandparents Community Network (TGCN) is not building a volunteer team.

We are 3.5 years into building a movement.

Our mission is to transform how families, communities, and systems support grandparents raising grandchildren across America.

This is not casual work.

This is mission work.

We are seeking individuals who do not wait for change — they build it.

Basic Requirements

• Must speak and write English fluently.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Must respond to phone calls and emails within a reasonable timeframe.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills beyond text messaging.
• Must operate with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
• Must respect leadership, authority, and collaborative teamwork.
• Must be willing to invest effort now to help build long-term success.
• Comitt to the time you can give until you are in a full time paid role.

Strategic Operations Leaders — former executives, project managers, systems thinkers, social media startegists, corporate sales.
