Circle of Care Callers Needed!

Would you like to be part of the Circle of Care program that our hospice organization provides to our patients and their loved ones? We are in need of volunteers that can make Circle of Care calls from home or from our office in Milford on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These are check-in phone calls with our patients who are being cared for by their loved ones at home. You'll be calling to see if they have any needs such as medication or or supplies that must be addressed before each weekend by the hospice team.
