Share the comfort of a loving pet with those who need it most. AdventHealth Hospice is seeking Pet Therapy Volunteers to visit patients in a nursing home group setting.
What You’ll Do
- Bring your certified therapy pet to participate in group visits with nursing home residents
- Help create joyful, calming, and engaging interactions
- Offer emotional comfort, smiles, and connection through animal companionship
Who You Are
- A handler with a certified therapy animal
- Warm, patient, and comfortable in group environments
- Able to commit to scheduled group visits
